Job Summary: 
Report to Branch Manager, responsible for managing branch manager office by providing administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operation.

Duties and Responsibilities
§     Handles secretarial duties.
§     Receives calls/visitors.
§     Handles important documents in terms of normal office practice, filling, indexing and the like.
§     Effective maintenance of customer relationships.
§     May be called upon to take dictation.
§     Perform clerical duties.
§     Photocopying, dispatch, distribution of stationery, money orders, files and mails.
§     Check cleanness of the office including arrangement of files and other mails.
§     Carry out any other related duties as may be assigned management

Educational Qualifications

§     Holder of Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in  business administration or experience in related field

Experience and Competence required
§    Certificates in Secretarial studies with at least 2 years working experience.
§    Computer literate.
