Key Function

• Prepare the policies and procedures (manual) of the Operation Department.

• Elaborate a proposal of the needed staff level for the Operation Department

• Report of frequent bass to the management the operation issues of the Company and the network in general

• Ensure conformity by banks to the set out operational standard within the network

• Strive to ensure quality service are provided by all parties for the best results of the network

• Organize and Conduct all training session for member banks on all operations related issues eg reconciliation settlement

• Prepare and communicate the operational procedures of the network

• Prepare the service level Agreement to govern the relationship among the member banks and all the switch users

• Prepare enforcement to govern the operational aspects within the switch

• Other tasks which may from time to time , be assigned by management


Qualification

• At least Bachelor Degree in Finance(or its equivalent) or Accounts, Banking or IT related

• At least 3 years experience in a operational Department of the bank at managerial level

• Good knowledge at ATM reconciliation

• Knowledge of card production and the related procedures

• MUST have worked in a shared switch environment

• Fluency in English and Kiswahili
