Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for executions of current policies and procedures, organizing and coordinating office operations in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency

• Coordinate preparation and utilization of TTTS budget and expenses to ensure sectoral limits are not exceeded

• Maintain School records and filling system for all correspondence to ensure timely available required information on a timely and effective manner

• Maintain and monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment and coordinate the repair of the same too ensure availability of adequate office equipment

• Giving administrative support to the training manager academic team of lecturers and instructors to ensure smooth training

• Selects or develops teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works

• Coordinate with external agencies, partner institution, Government department as well as prospective students and formulate marketing strategies to ensure promotion efforts of the TTT schools


Key Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor Degree n Business administration, Public Administration and Human resources Management from recognized higher learning institution

• Minimum of 5 years experience in training and 2 years in supervisory position

• Leadership skills

• Problem Solving skills

• Analytical and adaptive thinking ability

• Organizing & planning skills

• Excellent Communication and presentation skills

• Must be computer literate
