Qualifications and Experience:
Holder of a Master degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Laws or its equivalents from a recognized institution. At least five (5) years working experience from a reputable organization. Must be computer literate. Experience in the public sector is an added advantage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
(i) Directing, controlling and managing human resource.
(ii)  Overseeing Authority’s policy aspects of human resource management.
(iii) Advising the Management on all matters related to Administration and  Human resource.
(iv)  Developing administrative guidelines for the Authority and overseeing all aspects of its corporate planning and organization.
(v) Recommending policies pertaining to employees welfare including salaries  and incentives.
(vi)  Overseeing and identifying suitable trainings for potential employees and  in- house career development training needs.
 (vii)  Preparation of progress reports pertaining to Administration and Human Resource activities.
