To Increase the impact of their programs, they are looking to recruit a Managing Director who will lead the management of the organizations three core programs across different locations in Tanzania.

We are looking for a Managing Director who fits the following criteria:
- 5-7 years’ experience in leadership positions
- Experience Managing budgets of at least $500,000
- Ability to identify and drive revenue generation opportunities
- Strong experience managing people, with the ability to effectively support each team member to achieve results
- A strong understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs in operations, talent, and legal sense, either from past consulting, from your own self-started businesses or from a similar general manager position.
