Kilimanjaro Airports Development Company (KADCO) is a company owned by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania charged to manage and develop Kilimanjaro International Airport and its estate.
KADCO is seeking to employ competent, experienced, highly organized and self-motivated Tanzanians to fill the vacant positions described below:-

Key Responsibilities
To provide legal advice to the management
To provide interpretation of legislation and other legal documents, with regard to appropriate implementation
In consultation with the Chairman of the Board and the Managing Director, manages meetings of the Board and its Committees and serves as Secretary to the Board and its Committees.
To draft, advice and witness legal documents such as concessions, contracts, letter of intent, MOU and agreements involving KADCO and other parties.
Custodian of company legal documents and seal.
To conduct research on legislation and other legal aspects pertaining to the company.
Liaises with the High court and courts subordinate, other institutions, Government Ministries and Departments on legal matters pertaining to KADCO.
To provide legal advice on the procurement process, including reviewing of tender documents, negotiations process and drafting of contracts involving the company.
To present KADCO in negotiations of legal documents (contract and agreement, Memorandum of understanding and other instrument).
To review the company’s licenses, policies, rules, regulations and procedures consistent with the laws for uniformity and legal sufficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB) from a recognized Institution
Should be registered Advocate of the High Court
Diploma in Airport Operations will be an added advantage.
Possession of a Masters degree in Laws (LL.M) will be an added advantage
Must have not less than seven (7) years of progressively working experience in a reputable Organization, of which three (3) years should be in supervisory position.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and working knowledge of ICT applications
