Kilimanjaro Airports Development Company (KADCO) is a company owned by the Government of United Republic of Tanzania charged to manage and develop Kilimanjaro International Airport and its estate.

KADCO is seeking to employ competent, experienced, highly organized and self-motivated Tanzanians to fill the vacant positions described below:-

Head of Planning and Statistics (KADCO/EXT/01/2016/HPS)

Key Responsibilities
 Assist and advise the Managing Director on formulation of short, medium and long term development plans of the company;
 To coordinate preparation of strategic Plan, Business Plan and Budget;
 To assess and/or evaluate the adequacy of service provision;
 To coordinate the preparation of the KADCO annual plans and targets while ensuring uniformity in format;
 To ensure availability of statistical data on performance for stakeholders;
 To forecast traffic and business trend in general;
 To formulate policies on investments and ensure that they are implemented;
 To gauge the growth of the company in terms of efficiency, quality, standards and return on investment;
 To coordinate the development of sound programmes for implementing the KADCO master plan and monitor implementation;
 To coordinate and supervise the investment portfolio management, risk mitigating and financial analysis;
 To coordinate the review and compilation of capital budgets and advise management accordingly;
 To advise on the feasibility of projects on the basis appraisals;

Qualifications and Experience
 Holder of a Bachelor degree in Transport Management, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or Finance from a recognized institution.
 Knowledge on Project Risk Management
 Possession of a Masters degree in related field will be an added advantage
 Diploma in Airport Operations will be an added advantage.
 Must have not less than seven (7) years of progressively working experience in a reputable Organization, of which three (3) years should be in supervisory position.
 Must have good communication and interpersonal skills plus working knowledge of ICT applications
