Job Description
 
Audit Seniors would be 1st Degree holders, CPAs/ACCAs, with at least 3 years audit experience, will report to Audit Manager and generally responsible for:

- Supervising staff;
- Planning and overseeing efficient execution of assignments;
- Ensuring that all partner and manager review notes are cleared timely;
- Thinking strategically about client needs by understanding their business and key risks;
- Communicating timely with the audit managers on identified audit issues and resolution thereof;
- Achieving team and individual budgets and performance objectives;
- Reviewing and monitoring of team members’ work including budget controls and staffing;
- Consolidating and archiving of audit files;
- Preparing client Management Letters to its final form;
- Reviewing Financial Statements prepared by clients;
- Training junior auditors in various accounting and audit matters.

Position Requirements
 
- 1st Degree holders,
- CPAs/ACCAs
- at least 3 years audit experience

The position requires individuals with unquestionable integrity, intelligence and energy.
