Reporting To: Human Resource Manager
Work Station: Dar es salaam
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business administration
- At least 3 years of experience in HR functions with a reputable organisation
- Sound knowledge and experience in handling staff grievance and disciplinary matters
- Sound knowledge and experience in negotiating skills and conflicts resolutions
- Solution oriented person with open minded attitude in dealing with matters
- Excellent IT skills partially in Excel and word processing and management
- Trainable, innovative, team worker and self driven
- Good at time management, flexible and agile
The above position carries attractive remuneration as per the Guardian Limited Salary structure and incentives package.
