Position : Sales Executive – Agro Business
Reporting to: Manager- Agro Business
Location: Mbeya
Age: 25yrs to 42 yrs
Responsibility:
· Planning and achieving weekly/monthly sales as per monthly/annual sales plan an report to company on periodic basis
· Work with dealers, retailers to help them sell off bought goods and work on re-order
· Work with farmer user for right usage and desired efficiency of the company products
· Maintain all record of the business transactions and reconcile of periodic basis
· Suggest/Executive market promotion plans and market information to achieve target sales and market share
· Attend customer/market requirement to achieve customer satisfaction for desired growth.
Desired qualifications and experience:
· Graduate in agriculture
· Hands on experience in working with farmers
· Experience on working with Agro-value chain will be preferred
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Good customer care/ relationship skills
· Strong skills in use of Microsoft office and Internet
