Position: Customer Service Manager
The incumbent will be reporting to the country Manager and will be managing a small team
Main responsibilities
- To ensure customers feel valued, listened to, and they have confidence in our ability to present their best interests regardless of the circumstances.
- Ensuring the customers are given the best services as per services levels agreed
Qualifications
- Minimum and undergraduate degree in relevant field,
- Experience in managing customers, people and process.
Salary range: TZS 2,500.000 to 3,500.000/= Per month befere taxes
