Position: Customer Service Officer
The incumbent will be reporting to the Customer service manager and work in a team
Main responsibilities
- To actively work together with other functions to ensure the easiest and most professional experience possible to our customers.
- Promptly keep customers informed about changes which will have an impact on them and answers any queries that they may have in relation to these queries
Main Qualifications:
- Minimum an undergraduate degree in relevant field,
- Good understanding of customer care & excellent communication skills
Salary range: TZS 900,000 to 1,100,000/= per month before taxes
