Client Officers (reference COIFEBI3)
MISSION
The Client Officer is responsible for processing the loans, monitoring the loan portfolio and developing the Advans Bank Tanzania loan clientele. He/she will also be responsible for developing the savings and deposits portfolio for the target groups.
PROFILE
· Ability to meet objectives (quantitative and qualitative) determined by operations department and branch manager
· Ability to represent Advans Bank Tanzania in the intervention zones by demonstrating professionalism and dynamism
· Ability to ensure a clear, transparent and accurate information on each client
· Ability to respect policies and procedures
· Ability to adapt the communication depending on the type of clientele
