Tanzania National parks (TANAPA) is a Parastatal Organization whose mandate is to manage and regulate the use of areas designated as National Parks. The Organization currently manages sixteen National Parks which form part of larger protected ecosystems set aside to preserve Tanzania’s rich natural heritage. Information Systems Internal Auditor (1 Post)
Direct Entry Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified herewith.
- Must possess Certification of Information Systems Auditor (CISA). A holder of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting audit reviews of information systems to all Tanzania National Parks systems;
- Carrying out reviews of computer information systems control;
- Examining suitable and usable data on various computer networks and systems;
- Evaluating information processing systems to determine its efficiency and effectiveness;
- Identifying and assessing organizational potential Information Systems risk areas
- Designing, developing and implementing computer systems audit;
- Coordinates and interacts with external auditors on computerized information systems;
- Making follow up on audits queries, both internal and external;
- Preparing internal audit reports, working papers and audit files; and
- Performing any other relevant duties as may be assigned by superior.
Age limit: Not above 35 years of age
Salary Scale: TNPSS F
