Qualification & Functional Skills
1. College Degree or advance Diploma in Human Resource or behavioral Science  
2. Knowledge of Tanzania Labor Laws  
3. Must demonstrate interpersonal confidence with the ability to plan through complex situations effectively while building constructive relationship  
4. Strong level of influence and negotiation skills  
5. At least 1 years proven practical work experience in human resource management  
6. Experience in implementing HR practice as per employment policies, practices and legal requirement  
7. Ability to maintain confidential with a high level of professionalism  
8. Computer literate with comfortable basic Ms packages working experience (word, Excel, Power point)  
9. Flexible to work long hours and/or on public holidays

Tenure:
Successful candidates will work under a contract of three years, renewable upon satisfactory performance of the office bearers. The successful candidates will be under probationary period of six month before being confirmed.

 Remuneration
A competitive salary and fringe benefit will be offered to the right candidates commensurate with academic qualifications and experience.
