Duties
• Formulates legal defense and prosecution strategies for cases in which the Authority has interest.
• Draws up prescribed legal forms and other documents.
• Gives legal opinion as required by superiors
• Drafts contracts between the Authority and other parties.
• attends court cases on behalf of the Authority
• Provides advice on leases, tenancies and related matters as directed by the supervisor;
• Performs other duties related to the above as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification
• Bachelors degree in Law
• A minimum of four years post qualification experience in a reputable organization
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent command of English and Kiswahili languages
• Knowledge of the application of computer packages (word, excel, peach tree, etc.) and internet applications;
