Our client, a distributor of industrial spares and Equipment Company based in Dar Es Salaam is looking to hire 2 Sales Executives to present and sell the Company's products and solutions to new and existing accounts.
• Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions
• Establish and strengthen individual relationships within purchase, maintenance, and operations departments at assigned accounts
• Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitors
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity
• Achieve the allocated sales target for assigned accounts and new business
• A degree from a reputable academic institution
• Minimum 2-3 years’ sales experience related to products
• Effective communication skills and an ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships
• English proficiency is a must.
