TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT

TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT - Permanent position in TANZANIA.

ONLY TANZANIAN Nationals will be considered and must currently be living in Tanzania.

* MUST have experience relating to FLOORING - Concrete, Polyurethane, Acrylic, Epoxy Floor Coatings
* Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in ENGLISH
* Must have leverage on relationships in Africa (i.e. Major construction Companies) to identify opportunities in local market
* Perform research & market analysis on competitors & new opportunities
* Maintain & improve relationships with approved applicators
* Maintain professional etiquette & representation in the Market
* Have the ability to do presentations to board members of prospective new multinational clients & professional teams
* Development of new customer base
* Follow up sales activities through customer contacts, existing & new
* Achieve sales targets
* Sourcing of New Business & market development opportunities
* Be self-motivated, goal orientated & persistent, having a "GO GETTER" attitude
* Pro-active & service driven to both internal & external customers
* Highly organized & have excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent relationship building & networking skills
* Ability to function under pressure and maintain a positive attitude at all times
* Strong administration and good attention to detail
* Trustworthiness & discretion when handling confidential information
* Smart appearance & professional mannerism
