A fabulous opportunity for a Call Centre Operator to work in a business management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls to general customer queries, Payment assistance, payouts, ticket queries, customer complaints.

Position: Call Centre Operator

Job Location: Dar es salaam, Tanzania

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
  • Log all calls/issues on the in-house system computer system.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
  • Assist store staff with queries.
  • Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Report any store issues to the Junior and senior Ops teams as soon as they happen
  • Help identify stores who need staff sent to them due to staff not pitching up for work.
  • Assist the stores to trouble shoot any basic PC or printer issues.
  • Recognize, document and alert the Junior and Senior Operations teams of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
