Remuneration: Your service fee for Entering data in Excel Database (It varies with individual performance)

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Enters customer data (alphabetic and numeric data) into excel database in a computer.
• Transfer Data from Microsoft Word document/Pdf/Picha/Hard Copies to Excel.
• Identify deficiencies in the data entered in Excel
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Verifies entered customer data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data;
• Eliminate duplication of data.
• Maintains customer and company confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Very familiar with Microsoft word and Excel., Quick Typing, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness, Decision Making, Independence, Analyzing Information , Results Driven, Energy Level

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
Certificate, Advanced Diploma, Degree,

REQUIREMENTS
Consultant should own a laptop and Internet modem

QUOTATION FOR DATA ENTRY SERVICE FEE PER FILE:
Consultant should attach a Quotation of Service fee for entering data from customer file (in Microsoft word/pdf/picture) to a row of database (Excel) which has 30-50 cells per customer.

An Example of Quotation For Data Entry Service Fee Per customer File: “I will charge TSHxxx for entering data of one customer into a row which 30-50 cells in excel data base”

Consultant will NOT be given salary or other benefits as she/he is not an employee of Piga hatua Limited.
