SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION DESCRIPTION:
1. The Sales Representative in collaboration with Sales Supervisor and Driver shall ensure efficient sales and delivery of stock to customer timely and accurately.
2. The Sales Representative shall be responsible for his logistics of the route plans for daily deliveries of stock by order of priorities in collaborations with the sales Supervisor and Administrator.
3. The Sales Representative shall identify market opportunities, open new accounts and use them to expand the company’s market share.
4. The Sales Representative shall be responsible for collection of orders from individual clients, wholesalers, retailers and selected Mini/Supermarket dealers in his assigned area.
5. The Sales Representative shall closely follow up and collection of cheque/cash payments from clients.
6. The Sales Representative shall come up with ideas and efficient techniques for sales, promotions, sales force, campaigns etc.
7. The Sales Representative shall ensure that the set sales target by the company is achieved.
8. The Sales Representative shall ensure that he/she performs to the expectation of the company and has reached the target goal.
9. The Sales Representative shall be a part of building team work spirit environment in the Sales Department.
10. The Sales Representative shall prepare daily sales, weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to the General Manager.
11. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
12. Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
13. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager of other Head of Departments.
