Ceragem Tanzania Ltd is a privately owned Company, located at Mnazi Mmoja, Dar es salaam. We require energetic, dynamic Sales Representatives who have a proven sales record.
Position: Sales Representatives

- Salary [plus commission and superannuation], as well as [20 leave days per annum].
- Working hours [Monday to Saturday with a roster day off each week
- Own transport required
- Face to face sales and demonstration of various products
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Participate in and assist with product launches
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
- Services existing customers, obtains orders, and establishes new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Education and Experience
- Relevant University degree and above
- [2+ years] quota-driven sales experience, preferably in a [fast-paced retail environment]
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
- Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
- Well presented, driven and can think on your feet!
