AccessBank Tanzania is a commercial bank providing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and the lower income clientele with a broad range of appropriate financial services. In order to support our dynamic and ambitious expansion programme, we seek to recruit self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at head office, Dar es Salaam.
POSITION: BANKING SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibilities;
Manage and supervise the Bank’s Non-Credit Operations in line with the Bank’s internal policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations;
Manage the development of deposit rising in relation to targets.
Manage and improve savings products.
Lead a team of approximate 100 staff.
Qualifications;
Degree Holder or Equivalent Qualification with at least five years’ experience in a senior position in a Financial Institution.
Proven track record of management of deposit portfolio and multiple savings products.
Proven track record of people’s management.
High degree of leadership, integrity and motivation.
Languages: Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
Computer literacy: Good command of standard office applications; experience with core banking software applications is desirable.
