The Company is currently looking to recruit Dedicated, Serious – minded and Self – motivated people to fill the below positions; 

Sales & Marketing Officer (1 post) 

Report to: The Managing Director 

Qualifications 
Ø University degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business studies, with at least 2 years of experience in related field 
Ø Must be conversant with various IT related issues, Services and Products 
Ø Ability to produce results and meet sales & marketing targets 
Ø Good command on both oral and written English and Kiswahili languages 
Ø Creative, outgoing, a quick learner and a team player 
Ø Strong and confident communicator 
Ø Design skills including graphics and web design. 
Ø Able to work under pressure and in different environments 

Job Descriptions 
Ø Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion 
Ø Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external PR agency to see them executed 
Ø Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers 
Ø Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success. 
Ø Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan 
Ø Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity. 
Ø Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme. 
Ø Regularly update Company’s website with latest news related to the Company. 
Ø Prepare sales proposals for clients 
Ø Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on various tasks assigned for easier decision making by Management. 
Ø Any other duties as assigned by the Management
