With strong editorial judgment and substantial radio production experience within Tanzania (2-3 years’ experience minimum with a reputable organisation).
The Senior Producer will lead their respective production team and ensure their programme reaches the highest editorial and professional standards in line with BBC editorial policy. They will be responsible for the creative direction of the programme, ensuring the programme maintains a national feel, brings the voices of Tanzanians from across the country and gives them the space to begin a dialogue on governance or resilience / climate change.
