Junior Internal Auditor (Reference IA/JUL13)
Carrying on internal audit missions (branches and head office departments) to provide the bank with objective and independent assurance on the proper functioning of the internal control system and the proper enforcement of the processes and procedures
Profile
- · Bachelor’s degree or post-degree in business administration, finance, commerce,accounting or economics.
- · Internships and/or first professional experience in an audit firm, or as an employee of a financial institution in the area of auditing, risk management or internal control
- · A previous professional experience in a microfinance institution is a plus
- · Solid organizational and strong analytical skills
- · Ability to be rigorous, to work autonomously and with impartiality
- · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written in order to collaborate effectively with the audited departments and general management
- · Proficient with Microsoft office environment
