Position: Finance Manager

To support our goals and as a result of increased volumes we are now inviting applications for the position of Finance Manager to be based in Moshi
Specific Duties
- Management and control of receipts, payments and treasury functions of the company
- Completion of regular reconciliations on cash, bank, stock, supplies etc
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and supporting schedules
- Liaising with external audiotors and tax authorities
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts and regular analysis of results versus forecast
- Maintain a strong internal control environment to safeguard assets of the company from damage, loss or theft
- Assisting and advising management team in overall company operations and strategy
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, CPA or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance role
- A good competency in microsoft office and financial reporting packages
- Fluency in english a must, proficiency in kiswahili is an asset
- Ability to multi-task and work with others
