a) Must have Knowledge in Oracle Payroll, Functional-R12,payroll with fat Formulae, PL/SQL&SQAL
b) Good to have CORE HR Skills
c) Must have 6-8 years of total and atleast 5 years of relevant experience
d) Must have Banking & payroll Domain Experience
e) Should have MBA-HR/MCA
f) Must be worked on minimum number of implementation projects
g) Job Location should be Dar es salaam-Tanzania
