Hr Manager (1 Post)


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timely availability of reports on key HR indices
  • Minimum complain and grievances in the location
  • Accuracy and Timely reports
  • Timely Support to staff, measured in terms of minimum Complains

Entry Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least 3 years progressive working experience in similar responsibilities.

Competencies/skills:-

  • Knowledge of Labour Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania
  • Ability to draft replies and responses
  • Ability to follow verbal and/or written directives
  • Ability to supervise subordinates and resolve complains.
