Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely availability of reports on key HR indices
- Minimum complain and grievances in the location
- Accuracy and Timely reports
- Timely Support to staff, measured in terms of minimum Complains
Entry Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field and at least 3 years progressive working experience in similar responsibilities.
Competencies/skills:-
- Knowledge of Labour Laws of the United Republic of Tanzania
- Ability to draft replies and responses
- Ability to follow verbal and/or written directives
- Ability to supervise subordinates and resolve complains.
