POSITION: Broker Relations Manager
LOCATION: Dar es Salaam

SUMMARY OF POSITION: 
A Medical Insurance provider is looking for a Broker Relations Manager
within the sales department who will be reporting to the Country Manager, the Broker Relations
Manager will be in charge of broker business in Tanzania will ensure the generation of business to meet
and set targets for the unit through brokers and independent agents.

DUTIES:
· To identify, recruit, train and avail competent and well motivated intermediaries.
· To ensure the generation of business within the portfolio of brokers and independent agents.
· To prepare and make presentation to potential clients aimed at developing solutions to their
needs.
· To recommend and monitor incentive schemes aimed at motivating brokers and independent
agents.
· To generate timely and accurate sales report for analysis and decision making.
· Supply market intelligence, identify and recommend ways for the company to keep abreast with
current market requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3 years sales/marketing management experience preferably in the service industry. (Excellent
people and communication skills.)
· Diploma qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent. (Must have good
working knowledge of MS office.)
· Certificate of proficiency an added advantage.
