Job Summary:  
Report to Senior Credit Officer responsible for seeking potential borrowers, managing lending process and monitoring loan performance and recovery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•      Review loan applications, loan terms and credit requirements
•  Provide technical assistance and train entrepreneurs in understanding the effective use of financial institutions, how to apply for a loan, importance of loan repayment and business promotion.
•          Formulation of Microfinance loan groups.
•          Evaluation of loan proposals for Branch Manager.
•          Delinquent loan management & loan recovery.
•          Monitor loan performance.
•          Implementation of the bank loans program strategies.
•         Management of quality customer services and relations.
•         Compliance with TWB lending policy.
•          Determine potential risk areas and conduct periodic loan reviews.
•         Appraise client loan applications to ensure compliance.
•         Visit prospective clients business
•        Assess applicants character to minimize default
•          Analysis of financial information of clients
•         Provide technical support & training to lending group or individuals
•         Submit required reports and attend group meetings
•         Facilitate credit product designing and packaging
•         Identify training needs and supervise loans on weekly basis following procedures.

Educational Qualifications 

•  Holder of Degree or Advanced Diploma in banking, commerce, economics, business administration or related qualifications from recognize University or Institution

Experience and Competence required

•        Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, mediation and meeting Management skills
•         Knowledge of financial spreadsheet and feasibility analysis
•          Knowledge of processes and tools of affordable microfinance development.
•         Must have at least 3 years experience in Microfinance field.
•          Computer literacy/skills.
•         Strong Communication skills.
