Duty Station:Amani Research Centre
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holder of Form four National Examination Certificate coupled with a Certificate in Hotel management from a recognized Institution with at least three years working experience in a reputable organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain cleanliness of rest house rooms and kitchen To prepare meals
- To serve meals, drinks etc
- To purchase and store food staff
- To receive payments for accommodation, meals, drinks and issue receipts
- To clean all air vents
- To check all vacant rooms and keep fresh
- To clean wash basins, mirrors commodes, tubs, and showers
- To wash windows as scheduled
- To clean and sanitize work areas
- To supervise junior staff
- To perform any other related duties assigned
