Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in engineering in civil, electrical, mechanical or sanitary
• Possession of postgraduate or higher qualifications and management qualifications
• Must be registered with the engineer’s registration board as a professional engineer
• Have at least 10 yrs distinguished service in the water and/or sewerage sector , 3 of which in senior management level • Between 35 to 56 yrs
• Be familiar with water sector management and donor funded projects and demonstrated good financial management skills
