Desired Candidate Profile

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to Head a re-structured business unit towards a goal of achieving a world class food manufacturing standard and operational excellence. The job will involve the development & implementation of medium – term growth strategies and strong operating process and mechanisms for sustained performance.


Professional Qualifications:

· Must possess a basic engineering degree and an MBA in Strategic Management or equivalent

· Or bachelor’s degree / post graduate qualification in management

· Proven work experience in related field of overall management of a rice mill


Relevant Experience & Skills:

· Over eight (8) years experience in a business & executive/senior management position.

Personal Attributes:

· High level of integrity, honesty and Confidentiality, ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines, must be at least 40 years of age, ability to maintain strong ethical & professional values, autonomous & result oriented with a clear determination to succeed.

a. This position needs immediate joining if selected

b. Should be medically "FIT"

c. Have necessary domestic and official clearance to relocate to Dar-es-salam, Tanzania
