Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• meeting clients to identify their needs and liaising regularly with them;
• drawing up detailed website specifications;
• designing sample page layouts including text size and colours;
• designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs;
• registering web domain names and organising the hosting of the website;
• presenting initial design ideas to client;
• coding using a variety of software;
• working with different content management systems;
• search engine optimisation;
• meeting relevant legal requirements such as accessibility standards, freedom of information and privacy;
• designing the website's visual imagery and ensuring it is in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client;
• proofreading content and grammar and making changes where necessary;
• editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages;
• working with other web specialists including web developers and graphic designers;
• liaising with outside agencies;
• testing the website to ensure it is working;
• handing the completed website over to the client;
• post-sales technical support;
• training client's staff;
• researching current design trends;
• continual professional development to keep up to date with new software developments.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• 5+ year Proven Web Design experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology and Masters in Computer Application
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistently
• Must be fit to work long hours
• Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly

JOB VACANCY FOR A SALES ENGINEER

ROLE:To supply Customers with the most cost-effective formwork solutions working independently and with Managers to ensure the delivery of budgeted sales and profit margins for the business ensuring sustainable growth


REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-A Construction Engineering degree with Project Management or a Civil Eng Degree would be advantageous
-Proven ability to handle key accounts
-Technical knowledge at level where confidently deals with any level of Customer
-5 years working experience as a sales representative
-5 years working experience in the building industry -Must be willing to travel to other African countries --Must be extremely trustworthy and reliable
-Must be able to speak Chinese fluently


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-To identify added value propositions for Sales management to consider
-To retain Customers and secure relationships to achieve key supplier / business partner status
-To take responsibility for quotes, tenders and follow-up to win business

-To interpret and understand advanced designs and develop preliminary concepts of formwork and shoring solutions using products and discussing these concepts with the Design department who will

-To assist Credit Control and Sales team without compromising Customer relationships and sales
-To interact and communicate effectively with management and internal departments
-To meet and exceed financial targets
-To execute new projects to the highest possible standard ensuring repeat business on upcoming projects
-To measure profitability by Customer and effectively plan time allocated to each Customer accordingly
-To provide Sales Management with information for Stock requirement forecasting and planning.

Project Manager - Construction

A reputable organisation in Dar es Salaam is looking for a Project Manager with a Civil Engineering profession for its construction activities managing high rise factory buildings.

The job station will be in Dodoma.

Main Duties:
• Execute/inter-face with all phases of the project including construction, co-ordination with design and engineering and financial management.
• Plan, schedule and monitor
• End-to-end responsibility for project implementation including quality and safety in construction and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with clients, governmental agencies, sub-contractors and other stake holders for obtaining required approvals, clearances and settle claims.
• responsible for assigned project with overall responsibilities of team management, planning, quality and compliances

Position Requirements
• More than 10 years work experience in the construction business
• Aware of the latest technological trends of the construction industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are desirable.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of utilities and Guaranteeing up-time and efficiency of Machinery and Equipment
• Documentation of engineering activities and Preparation of SOPs
• Project management / support for future expansions
• Extensive Knowledge of GMP
• Quality management and Training of existing engineers.
• Overall management and administration of the various construction sites. Overseeing progress of work at all the sites and giving relevant updates to the Senior management team.
• Mobilizing site resources in the line with program of works provided by the Senior management team.
• Establishing proper internal monitoring, control systems and procedures to improve on efficiency and productivity.
• Liaising with Head office to ensure company policies, procedures and systems are followed to uniformity throughout the organization.
• Any nationality, preferably worked in African countries
• Ability to travel 50% of the time within Tanzania.

Education/Training

• Under Graduate degree in Business Technology or Engineering with any specialization
• Certificate in Civil/Electrical Engineering
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
