The Authority is seeking for qualifying candidates for the posts here under.
Procurement and Supplies Assistant - 1 Post
Entry Qualification
- Holder of Bachelor degree in procurement and logistics management or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions and registered with PSTB.
- Computer application skills will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follows up supply contracts amd ensures contracts are honored
- Identifies contract defaulters and reports to management for further actions
- Produce monthly returns on status of ordered goods
- Develops individual performance objectives, targets and standards in consultation with the immediate suppervisor as part of performance agreement
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
