BANK OPERATIONS OFFICER - 2 POSTS
Job Description
Reports to - Operations Supervisor.
Main duties and responsibilities
- To conduct reconciliation for ATM suspense accounts.
- To conduct reconciliation for western union and post their respective transaction.
- To process and dispatch Cheque books.
- To process and dispatch Savings ID cards.
- To input TISS transfers.
- To conduct reconciliation for Interbank accounts.
- To follow up clearance of branch long outstanding suspense accounts; and
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Holders of Degree/Advanced Diploma in, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration or related. Desirable Skills and Knowledge.
- Possess of a proven effective communications skills.
- Conversant with payment systems.
- Conversant with ATM & Back Office Operations
- Conversant with Anti – Money Laundering act.
Work experience
Experience in banking operations will be an added advantage.

- Applicants must be Fluent in English & Swahili with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present results with computer aided tools with excellent written communication skills.
