The company is a partnership between LAPF Pension Fund, Mwanza City Council and Ilemela Municipality Council; LAPF Pension Fund being the main shareholder. ESTATE OFFICER: ML8 (1 POSITION)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Inspect the building in order to identify defects and timely provides report to superior
o Attend with courtesy tenant’s complaints and timely provide report to superior
o Ensure that land rent and services charges are in respects of the plots are paid promptly and timely provided report to superior
o Assist I n preparations, implementations and reviewing the property management policy and timely provided report superior
o Advice timely on matters related to property management
o Ensure that the building is promptly and efficiently supplied with all facilities and social services
o Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
QUALIFIACATIONS
o Holder of bachelor degree in Land management and valuations estate management, building economics or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a reputable institutions
o Must be computer literacy
