Job description and responsibility:
MISSION
⦁ In a defined territory promote and sell tire products.
⦁ Promote and sell, in the same territory, services delivered by the Company
⦁ Implement the Commercial Policy defined by the Company
⦁ Build and develop business with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share in the line of the company objectives
⦁ Provide their customers and prospects with better understanding on our products, capabilities and valorize their benefits
⦁ Take responsibility of customers receivables in his portfolio
⦁ Take ownership and be part of Promotions, product launches etc… of all our products
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Organize/Plan its activity
2. Respect and use the tools and sales methods defined
3. Commercial and financial objectives are achieved.
4. Build and develop business with existing and potential customers
5. Report monthly on the market, competitors, business trends
6. Implement claim procedure and send file every month
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
⦁ Manage and organize efficiency on daily activity
⦁ Time on the field, quantity of visit, planning of visits, call preparation, end user cards…….
⦁ Analyze portfolio and qualifies the accounts according to the expected results
⦁ Qualification and organization(Potential- Frequency of visits)
⦁ Prospects for new accounts
⦁ Engage new accounts with sales
⦁ Sells, responsible for:
⦁ Reaches the objectives – quantity and mix
⦁ Facilitation are deployed as per the guidance designed by the Sales Manager
⦁ Manage customers receivable and secure payments on time
⦁ Consolidate market information (competition, observe prices, products, services….) and insure a regular internal circulation
⦁ Measurement of activities and results
⦁ Definition of Quantities and Qualitative objectives
⦁ Monitoring of actions and resources
⦁ Identifies causes and proposes corrective actions
⦁ Daily/weekly and monthly reporting.
TARGET:

⦁ 100% achievement of sales target in terms of quantities and in value.
⦁ 100% achievement of collection within the credit period.
⦁ Adhere to sales documentation procedures i.e. LPO, Statement of Account etc…
PROGRESS OBJECTIVES:
⦁ Visits must be as per Call Schedules and Call Frequencies. This must be submitted to the HOD on a daily basis.
⦁ Follow our methods
⦁ 5 new customers to be identified per month and initiate consistent business (a total of 55 new customers in a year).
⦁ Minimum 3 of our Testimonials to be obtained every month, with at least 2 Competitor’s performance.
⦁ Follow and adhere Reporting Procedures as per Company Policy.
DISCIPLINE:
⦁ Reporting late on duty/absence without specific reason will not be accepted by the management.
⦁ In order to adhere 80% of the time in the field.
