Position Title:    Guest Attendant

WORKING RELATIONSHIP       
Internal Residence Manager and other staff at Chairman Residence       
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·    To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner and provide any required assistance to the guests 
·    To ensure guests are looked after if required to wait
·    To ensure that guests are kept updated about the waiting time and any assistance they may require is catered to in time
·    To be able to resolve the questions put forth by the guests and provide all the relevant detailed information about the current activities and facilities 
·    To answer all the telephone calls and convey the messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons 
·    To provide information regarding the offices in and around Dar es Salaam and arrange for their transportation if necessary 
·    To make sure that all the rules and regulations have been followed by the guests
PROFESSIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL DETAILS
Competencies:
·    Good command of the English language
·    Consistent and stable work history
·    Possesses organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to follow work process
Qualifications &Knowledge:
·    Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in a well progressive organization.
·    Should have a graduate degree 
Additional Requirements:
·    Bachelor status
·    Hotel Management Experience
·    Customer Service Experience
·    Not Married (Single)
·    Minimum  of 2 -4 years working Experience
