The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) is a Higher Learning Institute operating as a Government Executive Agency providing education in Accountancy, Procurement & Logistics Management and other business related disciplines. The Institute requires qualified and dedicated personnel to fill the following posts in its establishment
Job Vacancy: Supplies Officer (1 Post) - MWANZA CAMPUS
Required Qualifications:
- Holder of First Degree in Procurement and Logistics
- Management or its equivalent qualifications, graduated from academic year 2013/14.
- Reports to Head of Procurement Management Unit
- Co-ordinating and forecasting supply requirements;
- Maintaining and making available statistics on stocks and procurement for Management
- Information Systems;
- Maintaining that stock are at economic levels;
- Planning and implementing of action programs in any functional section of supplies or stores;
- Planning and supervising procurement, storage, issuing and dispatching activities of the materials;
- Maintaining that Institute's laid down materials management and procurement procedures and regulations are strictly followed;
- Participating in review of materials management policies;
- Maintaining that the receipts are in accordance with the order specifications;
- Compiling suppliers' rating based on records of performance; -
Salary: TIASS 5/1
