Qualifications & experience
1. Bachelor degree /Advanced diploma in Business administration specialized in marketing or public relations with marketing.
2. Minimum experience of 3 years in vehicle sales (TATA, SCANIA ,IVECO)
3. A Tanzanian aged between 25-38 years old.
SKILLS
• Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

• Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the Customers.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The incumbent will be responsible to perform the following;
1. Listening to customer requirements and adhere to make a sale.
2. Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers in person via telephone calls and email.
3. Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
4. Representing company at trade exhibition, events and demonstrations.
5. Negotiating on price, cost, delivery and specification with buyers.
6. Searching for new customers and retaining them.
7. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to office /entering figures into a computer system.
