Quality and Sales Manager

Tanzania Coffee Board which is a government body established by the Tanzania Coffee Industry Act. No. 23 of 2001 and miscellaneous Amendments Act of 2009, is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced, dynamic and motivated Tanzanian citizens to immediately fill vacant positions currently existing in the Board.

JOB TITLE: Quality and Sales Manager

Responsible to: Director of Coffee Quality and Promotion

Distinct areas of expertise and experience:

• Holder of Masters Degree in Agriculture, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institution with 10 years working experience 3 of which must be at Senior Managerial level in the public sector or reputable private organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advisor to the Director of Coffee Quality and Promotion on quality and sales
function.
- Preparation of annual sale plan.
- Developing and implementing advertisement strategies.
- Ensures the availability of high quality marketing materials
- Conducts survey on clients/customers satisfaction by monitoring their
responses.
- Compiles sale data.
- Ensures the quality of coffee auction sample before dispatching the same
to local exporters and overseas buyers.
- Assist the director of coffee quality and promotion to organize auction.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Director of Coffee Quality
and Promotion.

REMUNERATION:
The successful candidate will be offered remunerations commensurate with the TCB’s remuneration schemes.
