Tanzania Fisheries Research Institute (TAFIRI) is seeking to employ qualified personnel to fill in the vacant positions available at the Institute as follows:- Human Resource And Administrative Officer II (1 Post )
Duty Station:Sota, Sub-Station Rorya, Mara
Qualifications:
- By appointment of holder of a University degree in Public Administration, Personnel Management, Business
- Administration or Equivalent qualification or a Diploma holder with at least three years working experience.
- Collects, analyses, tabulates and maintains personnel records and statistics.
- Deals with general disciplinary matters for junior staff.
- Oversees the general cleanliness of office premises.
- Assists in the preparation of Manpower development plans.
- Oversees the day to day smooth running of the Registries and typing pool.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the relevant executive.
Salary Scale: PGSS 5.1
Terms of Engagement: Permanent and Pensionable
