Having recently partnered with Ringier, a large global publisher with numerous print and digital titles in many countries around the world, we now seek to greatly expand and professionalize our operations.

A Client Services Representative must have the following personality traits:
• Smart, quick thinking, creative and ambitious with a desire to learn new things and begin an exciting career in the rapidly expanding Tanzanian digital publishing space.
• A digital mindset – you have a smart-phone and use it often, you know how to do research online to find the things you need or want to learn.
• A people person, someone who takes great personal satisfaction in assisting others.
• An excellent communicator, with superior written and verbal communication skills in both Kiswahili and English
• Attention to detail in everything he/she does.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with and support the Sales Team on all pre-sales and post sales needs
• Production of, and writing copy for, client e-mailshots
• Creating good quality Featured Business Listings for paying clients
• Managing & updating the business listings on the site as per client requests
• Providing assistance & support to clients and site users, and managing their accounts
• Posting events, Travel specials and maintaining movie schedules
• Other duties as may be assigned.
