Job Description: Head of Dispatch Operations 
You join our Operations Department. You are responsible for dispatching the order to the customer once the order has been confirmed. 
· Provide overall divisional strategic and thought leadership 
· Manage department & its rapid growth 
· Use data and analytics to drive divisional strategy and decision making in a rapidly growing entity. 

Key Tasks 
· Develop strategy for growth and management of Jumia fleet & deliveries within Dar es Salaam 
· Manage own fleet with Dar es Salaam Manager and lead team 
· Develop strategy for growth and management of Jumia fleet outside Dar es Salaam 
· Manage own fleet outside Dar es Salaam Manager and lead team 
· Develop strategy for expansion and managing of Jumia Pickup stations across Tanzania 
· Manage Pickup Stations Manager 

Direct Reports 
· Pickup Stations Manager 
· Logistics Manager within Dar es Salaam 
· Logistics Manager outside Dar es Salaam
