Personal Assistant

Our Client, a medium sized gold Mining Company operating in Tanzania with growth opportunities, is looking to appoint the following senior personnel. Only candidates who are fluent in both written and spoken English, who hold recognised professional qualifications and who have relevant experience stated should apply.

POSITION: Personal Assistant

Provides administrative/ secretarial services for the Senior Management team including filing systems, reports and presentations and office systems

Suitable applicants will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., and:
·         Hold an administrative degree or a secretarial diploma/certificate from a recognised organisation.
·         Have ten years of working experience of which 5 years should have been in senior secretarial role.
