Our Client, a medium sized gold Mining Company operating in Tanzania with growth opportunities, is looking to appoint the following senior personnel. POSITION: Personal Assistant
Provides administrative/ secretarial services for the Senior Management team including filing systems, reports and presentations and office systems
Suitable applicants will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., and:
· Hold an administrative degree or a secretarial diploma/certificate from a recognised organisation.
· Have ten years of working experience of which 5 years should have been in senior secretarial role.
