Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related qualification
  • Minimum 1.5 years work experience in Customer Care/Call Center.
  • Good command of English & Kiswahili Languages

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Your responsibilities shall include responding to client calls, call logging in service system and allocating logged calls to service technicians among other duties.
