INTERN POSITION - SUPPORT/ IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
Roles:
- Logging customer and internal support calls
- Resolution of support calls-customer and in-house
- Preparation of support reports
- Escalation of Support Calls where necessary
- Good Communication Skills
- Team player
- Conducting pre-sales technical product demonstrations as and when required
- Understanding client requirements
- Setting up client databases for both basic and advanced set-up
- Conducting user training at client sites
- Project Management
- Handing over project and support
- Provision of assistance to support team
