Reporting Line: Head Chef
Rotation Status: 6 weeks on; 3 weeks off
Location: Buzwagi Mine Site, Kahama District, Shinyanga Region
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in food preparation mandatory
- Secondary school education certificate is required
- Previous working experience in commercial kitchens, hotels or campus minimum 3 years is essential
- Knowledge of food, kitchen, proper usage of equipments and highest standard of hygiene
- Consistent demonstration of barrick core values. Good interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, loyal and a team player
- Must demonstrate not only good communication skills in Swahili and English
